Beyond The Statistics
Empathy and compassion begin when we see the people behind the numbers. With over 120 million forcibly displaced worldwide—half of them children—their stories deserve to be heard. Beyond the Statistics shares the personal journey’s of forcibly displaced Ukrainian families arriving in Philadelphia with classrooms and campuses, inspiring action and compassion beyond the headlines. Our humble film highlights the power of an individual idea, support from community, students engagement and the courage of the Ukrainian people. We believe in the power of storytelling and film to cultivate empathy and compassion in our next generations of global citizens. Stream the documentary for a $5 donation to support displaced Ukrainians and future initiatives here.

Books & Boots
Bridges 2030’s Books & Boots program uses the joy of soccer to teach teamwork, respect, and perseverance—paired with the power of reading. In partnership with Congreso de Latinos Unidos and Kensington Soccer Club, the program provides after-school soccer sessions for children ages 5–8 alongside literacy-focused activities. Each child receives a soccer ball, a book, and a shirt, creating a joyful and educational experience.
The initiative has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from parents and program leaders alike—and we aim to expand it both locally and globally through our “Day of Smiles” events.Help us grow this powerful blend of athletics, education, and empathy — donate today or contact us to get involved.
